We use movement science to prescribe exercise that is tailored to your needs, whilst riding the vibe of group training to achieve sustainable results. No fads, but rather an evidence based approach in a friendly, inclusive and inspiring fitness community in West Perth.

Group Traning
You perform your individually prescribed program in a group environment of up to 10 like minded clients. Your technique will be coached by our trainers, as we strive to work to your bodies biomechanics and movement patterns

Open House
Open house sessions allow you to train your own program in 30 minute booking time slots. The floor is always supervised and there will never be more than 10 in studio.

Circuit training
Circuit style class that remains individualised for you but designed to be interval in nature thus achieving physiological change aerobically.

Human Trak uses a 3D camera to biomechanically analyse your movement to assist your trainer to accurately prescribe exercise that will ensure you make progress. The diagnostic tool allows us to be specific, targeted and outcome focused. You can then re-test as much as you require to see how you have improved and what adjustments need to be made.
